You're not the only one struggling with this. At the summit, the sector finds out together. Join nonprofit leaders, board members, grant writers, volunteers, and consultants for a day built around what's actually keeping you up at night. Walk away with real tools, real answers, and connections to real people who get it.

Bring one piece of work. Leave having moved it forward.

The 2026 State of the Nonprofit Community Summit brings together nonprofit leaders from across Central Florida and beyond for a day that works a little differently.

Here's the difference: we take an honest look at where the field stands before you arrive, and you spend the day moving your own work forward — not just absorbing someone else's slides. It's the first of a seasonal series, and a good place to begin.

Seats are limited — the room stays small so everyone gets real working time.

Walk Me Through the Day of the Summit

The Nonprofit Diagnostic

What Does a Healthy Nonprofit Look Like?

How the day works

Three simple moves. One day.

1

Take the Nonprofit Diagnostic (takes 5 minutes, but must be completed before the summit).

Answer five short questions across the five areas that shape a nonprofit's health. Your answers feed the State of the Nonprofit Field report — and help you decide what to bring.

2

Bring one real thing you've been meaning to get to.

The grant you keep setting aside. The board decision you're turning over. The program you'd love a clearer read on.

3

Work it, with help, until it moves.

No panels to sit through. You'll work beside someone who's done it, using the right tools to move a real piece of it forward — draft the case statement, build the board dashboard, measure the program. You'll leave with it further along.

Why a Saturday

Why a Saturday?

It's the one day most of us aren't putting out fires — which makes it the one day you can actually finish something instead of adding to the list.

Bring your people

Come on your own, or bring your people.

Some of the best work happens when the people who share a decision sit down together. Bring your board chair. Bring your program director. Spend the day getting on the same page about the thing you keep circling back to.

Bring 3, and the 4th joins free.

Who's in the room

Leaders from every kind of organization.

Executive directors, founders, board members, grant writers, program leads, volunteers, consultants — organizations of every size, sitting together and comparing notes on the real work.

What you'll leave with

We'll show our work.

After the day, I'll share what happened: how many leaders brought something they'd set aside, how many moved it forward, and what came of it — grants submitted, boards aligned, decisions finally made.

And every attendee gets the State of the Nonprofit Field report.

"Being part of this community gave our organization the tools we needed to obtain our first major grant."
— Executive Director, Community Hope Foundation
